Macy's in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Fragrance Selling Specialist to provide personalized fragrance recommendations, demonstrate products, and complete transactions at the POS while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant retail experience. Flexible schedule including weekends; benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and employee discounts. This is a full-time position with typical 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across total store, including digital and in-store needs.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage and notes to customers.
• Partner with store management on inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Attend product training classes and seminars to stay informed about offerings.
• Drive sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and promoting products and loyalty programs.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to store procedures.
