Job summary

Macy's Inc. in West Covina, CA is seeking a fragrance sales associate to provide exceptional service and demonstrate fragrance usage for customers. You will support inventory accuracy, participate in product training, and maintain stock presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in-store and digital customers, supporting events, and handling receipts and RTVs promptly. Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Self‑starter who works well independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible to work a retail schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to both in‑store and digital customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or Inventory Manager on inventory accuracy.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Maintain proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre‑selling and sales‑driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTV transactions in a timely manner.
