Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work load.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in total store and assist digital and in-store customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage through application or testers.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager/CSX Manager on inventory and discrepancies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure stock presentation, organization, storage and replenishment.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work area and comply with hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.
• Support shortage programs and foster inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
