Job summary

Macy's fragrance department seeks a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to help create a warm, inviting experience. You’ll assist customers, restock displays, process transactions, and keep the space beautifully merchandised during the busiest season.

This role blends service and support, requires flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays, and a teamwork mindset. You’ll gain exposure to promotions, learn new arrivals, and contribute to memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
