Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and transactions, while delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.

Ideal candidates are flexible, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can handle multiple tasks during the busiest season. Roles may include nights, weekends and holidays with shift-based scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide a warm welcome and engage with guests on the fragrance floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area and displays.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing updates, and returns as needed.
• Support transactions at the register and communicate promotions to customers.
