Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to create a warm, inviting fragrance department experience. You will help maintain an appealing, stocked space and support the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor.

You’ll juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, assist with transactions, and ensure guests feel cared for through attentive service and genuine hospitality. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or fragrance experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in the fragrance department with questions and purchases.
• Maintain a neatly merchandised, stocked sales floor.
• Support sales team and complete transactions as needed.
• Help with restocking, displays, and price signage updates.
• Provide a warm, hospitality-focused guest experience throughout shift.
