Job summary

Macy's is hiring Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support to create a warm, inviting fragrance department experience. You will help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor.

The role requires flexible availability—days, evenings, weekends and holidays—with a focus on customer care, organization, and teamwork. You’ll greet guests, assist with transactions, merchandise new items, and help promote our Loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, stocked fragrance area and assist on the floor.
• Assist customers, support the sales team, and process transactions.
• Merchandise receipts, handle damages, testers, and returns to vendors.
• Highlight Loyalty program benefits and thank customers.
• Adhere to safety policies and contribute to a positive store environment.
