Job summary

You will apply product knowledge to understand guest needs, connect with customers, and maintain store standards including planograms, signage, and cleanliness.

You will support the Store Manager in building a positive, high-performing team that reflects Newell Brands values.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales growth.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build customer relationships.
• Assist with store appearance and visual standards (planograms, signage, cleanliness).
• Support inventory management and uphold safety and loss prevention measures.
• Help achieve KPI goals through effective planning and execution.
