Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and emotional connections.
• Maximize sales by applying selling strategies and building customer loyalty.
• Drive guest loyalty through Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Support store appearance per visual standards and safety policies.
• Assist in inventory management and control expenses.
• Contribute to KPI achievement through planning and execution.
