Newell Brands seeks a 2nd Assistant Store Manager in Lombard, IL to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and drive profitable top-line sales growth. You will help build and coach a high-performing team, manage onboarding, and ensure visual standards and store safety.

Responsibilities include coaching, inventory support, KPI achievement, and implementing selling strategies to maximize guest loyalty and sales.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
