Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking an Interim 2nd Assistant Store Manager at Evergreen Walk, CT, to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest and employee experience. You will help coach a high-performing team, control store operations, and drive profitable top-line growth while upholding brand values and standards.

You will partner with leadership to implement selling strategies, enhance guest loyalty, and maintain safety and visual standards, working a schedule that includes weekends

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and solution orientation.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
