Qualificações

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain store appearance with plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Assist in analyzing the business and creating action plans for operational activities.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to drive results.
• Ensure clear team communication and brand alignment.
• Support inventory management and cost control measures.
• Incorporate safety and loss prevention into daily activities.
