Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a 2nd Assistant Store Manager for our Schaumburg, IL location to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and profitable top-line sales growth. You will help build a high-performing team, train staff, oversee store operations, and ensure visual standards while maintaining a fragrance-friendly environment.

Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
