Yankee Candle – Retail 2nd Assistant Manager- Thorton, CO is a full-time onsite role reported to the Store Manager. You will support daily operations, motivate and develop the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience that drives profitable top-line growth.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, applying selling strategies, maintaining visual standards, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring safety and loss prevention. Prior retail leadership and fragrance exposure are highly valued.

• Proven retail management experience; 2 years preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
