Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail or hospitality.
• Proven selling and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with retail POS and CRM software.
• Knowledge of retail store processes and procedures.
• Ability and desire to work a flexible retail schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through in-store efforts and clienteling.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fulfill customer needs.
• Demonstrate product and brand knowledge.
• Follow established selling steps and deliver unique brand experience.
• Open/close store, manage inventory and LP standards.
