Givaudan is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mt. Olive, NJ, reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager. This role oversees a production area to ensure fragrances products meet schedules, quality, safety, and service standards.

The position is a first-shift role (06:30 am–03:30 pm, Tue–Sat) with a salary of USD 87,000–120,000 based on experience. Strong leadership, ERP and project management skills are required.

Formación

• Pre-university level diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in production with exposure to quality and materials process management.
• 2 years of progressive experience in people management.
• ERP background.
• Experience in Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and control the assigned production area to meet schedules and targets.
• Ensure material availability by controlling inventory for ongoing operations.
• Monitor volume and quality of output; adjust tasks, timing and setup to meet specs.
• Protect plant assets and enforce internal control regulations.
• Prepare production reports to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Define manufacturing processes following safety, EHS, quality and productivity requirements.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and capacity planning.
• Lead and manage staff to ensure safe operation and performance feedback.
• Train new workers on procedures and standards.
