Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the operational execution and commercialization of new product launches and giftsets. You will coordinate across Packaging Development, Product Development, and Supply Chain & Operations to move products from development to production.

The role is based in the office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays, offering a hybrid work arrangement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years PM experience in fragrance or cosmetic industries.
• Experience managing gift sets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational project management and commercialization of new product launches and giftsets across engineering, new tooling, color development, production, filling & assembly, and launch readiness.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Development, Packaging, Manufacturing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure projects progress according to plan.
• Establish project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track project status, identify delays or dependencies, and proactively drive resolution of issues impacting timelines or production.
• Manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, assessing impacts to timing, cost, resources, and production.
• Lead weekly Operations Meetings, maintaining project timelines, trackers, action items, and key deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to keep launches on track.
• Escalate critical project issues and provide clear updates, next steps, and resolutions to stakeholders and management.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
