Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Coordinator, Fragrance Development to provide high‑level program support to the VP and teams, ensuring efficient project execution and daily operations.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, and a genuine interest in fragrance and beauty. You will liaise with fragrance houses, brands, and marketing, prepare meetings, organize samples, and maintain development spaces and trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 year+ experience in a related field.
• On-site 4-5 days a week.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fragrance sampling requests for forecasting and market data.
• Prepare fragrance meeting materials with brand leadership and designers.
• Organize and maintain fragrance samples by brand and program.
• Set up liquid development evaluations for the VP.
• Maintain fragrance development spaces and trackers.
• Coordinate fragrance approval materials with R&I, PD and fragrance houses.
