Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in fragrance evaluation and/or fragrance development.
• Genuine interest in fragrances and strong olfactory sense.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with perfumers to bring fragrance ideas to life.
• Evaluate and select fragrances that delight consumers and excite customers.
• Turn trends, culture, and consumer insights into fragrance inspiration.
• Lead projects from concept through customer presentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consumer Science, Regulatory, and Creative teams.
• Present fragrance stories and recommendations with confidence.
