10ML is a European perfume retailer offering guides, notes, and decants. We are seeking a senior editorial lead to own the content calendar, write expert fragrance content, and oversee translations across multiple languages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in editorial, content or copywriting, with at least 2 years leading writers or translators.
• Deep knowledge of perfume: olfactive families, raw materials and major houses.
• Excellent English; native-level German, French or Italian is a strong plus.
• Experience with SEO content and a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful or similar).
• Bonus: training in perfumery, or a fragrance blog or channel.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial calendar for the 10ML guides and blog with the SEO lead.
• Write and edit expert fragrance content: notes, accords, perfumers, houses, seasons and occasions.
• Run translation and localisation quality across German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and more, with native reviewers.
• Build fact-checking standards so every claim about a perfume is accurate and sourced.
• Shape product descriptions and social copy so they read like a perfume expert wrote them.
• Grow 10ML as a trusted fragrance authority cited by press and creators.
