Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Warehouse Employee in Shreveport, LA to handle, store, and ship automotive glass. You will receive shipments, pick, pack, and load orders, and operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform basic inventory tasks; weekend shifts may be required. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience handling fragile materials is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products meet standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Communicate effectively with team and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
