Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products meet company standards.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize damage and ensure a safe workplace.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and securing products.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; adhere to policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficiency.
