Job summary

Orthofix is seeking an Associate Territory Manager - Fracture to collaborate with Territory Managers in promoting Orthofix products and achieving sales quotas.

The role requires consultative service to physicians, payors, and patients, with significant travel within the Boston metro area. A bachelor's degree and accredited sales training are preferred, along with strong presentation and technical product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of business-to-business sales experience with documented success.
• Ability to present to individuals or larger groups.
• Strong technical competence with regard to product knowledge and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Manager in achieving sales results for total and individual product segments.
• Provide direct, personal service via a consultative approach to physicians, podiatrists, patients, managed care or other payors.
• Support and manage any authorized Orthofix distributor and coordinate with payors as needed.
• Assist with patient fittings, including educational discussions about benefits and responsibilities, paperwork collection, and field patient calls.
• Travel within the territory approximately 90%, including plane or car travel.
