• Leadership in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive briefs.
• Advanced degree in health policy, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop payer engagement plans to secure coverage and reimbursement.
• Lead pricing strategies and reimbursement pathways for the wearable solution.
• Prepare policy dossiers and support health economics evidence.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, commercial and product teams.
• Manage external consultants and oversee cross-functional meetings.
• Monitor policy and reimbursement trends and provide executive updates.
