Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a part-time, hands-on Product Leader (player-coach) to translate internal GRC concepts into market-ready managed services for U.S. government customers.

You will lead senior product and technical direction, shape pricing/models, and deliver turnkey government-ready offerings while mentoring internal engineers. Must be based in the U.S. and commit 8–15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven product leadership in cybersecurity products or productizing technical services.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with government customers, contracting contexts, and procurement sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Lead productization of an AI-driven GRC engineering platform initially, then extend to privileged access and AI-driven tooling.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and MVPs aligned to government needs, packaged as managed services.
• Act as a player-coach: hands-on work (wireframes, prototypes, validation) while mentoring engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and service delivery to translate concepts into features and user journeys.
• Prioritize features and build iterative releases to move concepts to client-ready offerings.
• Develop GTM positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for government buyers and partners.
• Validate designs with government clients and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet federal security/compliance requirements (NIST 800-53, RMF, STIGs).
• Support pricing and engagement models suited to services-driven government contracting.
