Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Fractional Product Manager for a remote, part-time engagement in the US renewable energy space. Lead AI-enabled product development, define MVPs, and drive a roadmap from concept to commercialization.

You will work closely with founders and engineers to understand developer workflows, translate feedback into actionable requirements, and prioritize high-value, time-sensitive features for an early-stage product.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years product management experience in Renewable Energy.
• Project development experience incl. sizing, interconnect queues, power flow studies, PVsyst, PVCase, ArcGIS, financial modeling, proposals, RFPs.
• Significant PM experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience bringing concepts from MVP to commercialization.
• Strong experience working directly with customers and translating problems into products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with software engineering and technical teams.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, requirements, and agile practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and limited resources; willing to be hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap.
• Translate vision and customer feedback into clear priorities.
• Define MVPs and prioritize features based on value, importance, feasibility, and time-to-market.
• Establish a disciplined product-development process from POC to commercial product.
• Maintain distinction between must-have capabilities and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers and developers to understand workflows and needs.
• Prioritize AI-enabled workflows and integrate AI into the product experience.
