Job summary

JAKTOOL is seeking an experienced, hands-on Fractional IT & Cybersecurity Lead to provide senior technical leadership for our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity program, and NIST/CMMC compliance efforts. This role will work closely with company leadership and internal and/or external IT resources to establish and maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment for a growing organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
10+ years in technology leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and NIST/CMMC regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an IT and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with growth and objectives.
Troubleshoot and address errors with software/hardware systems.
Oversee IT operations, system administration and user support for reliability and compliance.
Evaluate current systems for enhancements and improvements.
Assist management with IT budgeting and lifecycle planning.
Own and oversee the cybersecurity program including IAM, MFA, EDR, vulnerability and patch management, email/security, network security.
