We serve as an extension of our clients HR departments, offering tailored HR strategy, compliance, training, and executive coaching services across a wide range of industries, including logistics, healthcare, fintech, education, and professional services.

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Fractional HR Executive to join our team and lead client engagements with excellence, empathy, and strategy.

Your Impact :

As a Fractional HR Executive, you will serve as the outsourced HR leader for 2–3 client accounts, driving key initiatives in HR compliance, talent strategy, culture, and workforce development. You will partner with C-level executives and operational leaders to design and execute HR frameworks that enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the strategic HR business partner for client organizations (10–60 employees)
  • Conduct audits, implement HR frameworks, and manage day-to-day HR functions
  • Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions for managers and employees to support performance, growth, and alignment with company values
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compliance practices, with multi-state employment law considerations—including California, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington
  • Design and lead client-specific employee engagement strategies
  • Coach managers and executives on leadership, communication, and performance
  • Guide clients through employment law updates, terminations, and sensitive employee matters
  • Deliver training and development aligned with the client’s culture and objectives

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • PCC / ACCC, iPEC or Maxwell Team – Certified Leadership Coach, Executive Coaching Certification
  • Experience supporting SMBs across multiple industries
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws
  • Comfortable working independently and managing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to handle ambiguity with poise

Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience with PEOs, HRO / ASO models, or fractional leadership
  • Background in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Ability to present to executive teams and boards
  • Flexible schedule (build your own availability)
