Job summary

The LawStaff Group in Atlanta metropolitan area seeks a Fractional Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal adviser for 20–30 hours per week. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys solving business problems, negotiating agreements, and advising executive leadership.

The company has an existing paralegal to provide support, and you will work with outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership, with Georgia admission or eligibility for in-house counsel registration.
• 8+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably including in-house leadership.
• Strong commercial contracting and corporate legal background.
• Practical, business-minded approach with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and advise senior executives.
• Financial services, technology, or M&A experience is a plus.
