Job summary

The LawStaff Group is seeking a Fractional Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the client’s primary legal advisor for 20-30 hours per week, guiding strategic decisions and negotiating key agreements in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role collaborates with an in-house paralegal and outside counsel, covering governance, M&A, privacy, IP, employment, and commercial contracts for a Georgia-based operation.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Georgia bar membership.
• 8+ years of corporate legal experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience advising senior executives.
• In-house leadership experience preferred.
• Financial services, technology, or M&A a plus.

Our client is seeking a Fractional Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as its primary legal advisor for 20-30 hours per week. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys solving business problems, negotiating agreements, and advising executive leadership.

The company has an existing paralegal to provide support.
