Job summary

The LawStaff Group in the Atlanta metropolitan area is seeking a Fractional Corporate Counsel to serve as primary legal advisor for 20–30 hours per week in a hybrid role.

Lead the legal function, draft and negotiate commercial, technology, and vendor agreements; oversee governance, compliance, and risk; support M&A and strategic transactions; advise senior executives and collaborate with an in-house paralegal and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership required.
• 8+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably including in-house leadership.
• Strong commercial contracting and corporate legal background.
• Practical, business-minded approach with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and advise senior executives.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys solving business problems, negotiating agreements, and advising executive leadership. The company has an existing paralegal to provide support. Key Responsibilities
