Qualifications

• Proven track record leading finance in startups.
• Experience with fundraising and investor storytelling.
• Experience supporting venture-backed tech startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embed with portfolio companies as fractional Head of Finance.
• Stand up or refine financial systems, budgets, forecasts, dashboards.
• Support fundraising with modeling and data room readiness.
• Lead scalable financial infrastructure and KPI reporting.
• Drive strategic projects like pricing, cap table modeling, or international expansion.
• Grow into permanent CFO/head of finance roles over time.
