What your days look like:

• Managing a portfolio of clients to identify, monitor and facilitate financial growth strategies
• Performing effective project management for dozens of initiatives across several clients with your engagement team.
• Reviewing monthly financials, forecasts, KPIs, OKRs, variance reviews, and ad hoc analysis and making recommendations on improving the client’s planning process.
• Leading our clients through monthly, quarterly, and annual strategy sessions.
• Building strong and trusted relationships with our clients.
• Providing on-going consulting for bank financing, M&A strategy, investor relations, and fundraising.
• Collaborating with teams to establish efficient processes that keep us operating at peak levels – your expertise grows with each new client and industry.

What you’ll bring with you:

• M.S.in Finance and/or MBA with an emphasis on entrepreneurship or finance
• At least 10 years of experience as a strategic or growth-centered CFO – maybe you put in your time with corporate finance but more recently have been attracted to small companies
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, communicating effectively, and meeting deadlines
• Expertise in private funding, debt financing, and M & A
• An accomplished and inspirational leader; recognized for building skilled and talented teams who work productively with their business partners across the organization
• High-level problem-solving skills – creative thinker – decisive leader
• Exceptionally organized and superbly detailed – nothing escapes your eagle eye
• A good sense of humor and the ability to remain calm – and carry on!
