Job summary

Go Fractional in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a strategic Fractional CFO to guide the financial architecture across the holding company and its brands. You will build high-level structures, define KPIs, and partner with leadership to drive growth in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

You will manage investor relations, oversee reporting, models, forecasts, and capital strategy, and support M&A activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance leadership, with CFO or fractional CFO experience.
• Holding company or multi-brand portfolio experience required.
• Comfortable leading up direct reports that ensure processes and team to scale in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting successful capital raises (equity and debt) and preparing companies for diligence.
• Strong investor relations skills; an existing network is a plus.
• CPG, food and beverage, or natural/organic background preferred.

Compensation

$6,000–$10,000 monthly retainer, plus win-share upside in the value we create together.
