Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing seeks an experienced Fractional Aircraft Sales Professional to grow a premier fractional ownership program for a private aviation operator. You will leverage a strong private aviation network, sell fractional shares, jet cards, and memberships, and drive growth through referrals, events, and strategic outreach.

You will travel for demonstrations and meetings with C-suite and UHNW clients, coordinate with operations and finance, and maintain precise CRM records to forecast

Qualifications

• Proven success selling fractional aircraft ownership with measurable results.
• Experience with NetJets, Flexjet, Wheels Up, or similar programs.
• Established relationships with high-net-worth and UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full fractional sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Sell fractional aircraft shares, jet cards, and membership programs.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and existing relationships.
• Consistently grow fractional share sales and revenue.
• Position our fleet, service, and pricing against national competitors.
• Manage client onboarding and post-sale relationships to drive upgrades and referrals.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and finance teams to structure successful deals.
• Conduct aircraft demonstrations and client events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.
