Job summary

The Andersons is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Levelland, TX to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems at our frac sand location.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and be comfortable interpreting manuals and drawings, with a focus on safety and reliability to support uptime and production performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and overhaul production machines and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose problems and replace parts; perform preventive maintenance.
• Read manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform service.
• Maintain safety and update computerized maintenance system.
