Ghdiv in Houston seeks a Completion Tools Supervisor – Frac Plug Assembly to lead the Frac Plug Assembly operation, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will drive department performance across safety, quality, delivery, and labor efficiency, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolve issues, and ensure assemblies comply with approved specifications and standards while fostering continuous improvement and training of staff.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing, assembly, or related operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, prints, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to meet 24/7 availability requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Frac Plug Assembly operations to meet drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Train, qualify, and hold employees accountable to approved processes.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to resolve nonconformances.
• Ensure material availability to prevent production disruptions.
• Communicate risks and production priorities to stakeholders.
• Drive corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain safety, organization, and 5S in the shop floor.
• Participate in hiring and workforce planning activities.
