Vinmar International in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Fluid Technician to support hydraulic fracturing operations by mixing, monitoring, and maintaining fluid systems at customer sites. This role requires frac experience and a solid understanding of oilfield service operations.

You will work with frac crews to ensure fluid performance, safety, and efficiency, adhering to safety policies and regulatory requirements. The rotation is 2 weeks on, 1 week off with per diem and company truck available.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous hydraulic fracturing (frac) experience required.
• Experience with crosslinked (X-Link/XLink) fluids preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, mix, and monitor fracturing fluid systems.
• Assist with loading, handling, and transfer of chemicals and additives used in frac operations.
• Monitor fluid properties and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of fluid usage, inventory, and field reports.
• Troubleshoot fluid-related issues and communicate effectively with field supervisors and customer representatives.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain fluid handling equipment and related tools.
• Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in pre-job safety meetings, job planning, and post-job reviews.
• Work collaboratively with frac crews and other field personnel to ensure efficient and successful operations.
