NexTier Completion Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Mechanic for Marshall, TX to support frac operations. You will execute maintenance and diagnostics on heavy equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with safety rules and DOT regulations.

The role requires mentoring junior mechanics, preparing maintenance orders in SAP, and participating in safety trainings. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential to keep production reliable and efficient.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: HS diploma or equivalent; 1–10 years in a related role.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals; strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating maintenance orders using SAP NetWeaver or SAP Fiori.
• Familiarity with reviewing, recording, and retaining proper maintenance records.

Responsabilités

• Perform essential functions from Entry-Level to Mechanic Level 3 positions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures including engines, electrical, HVAC, suspension, transmission, brakes, and hydraulics.
• Create and manage maintenance orders in SAP or SAP Fiori systems.
• Mentor and coach entry-level mechanics during repairs.
• Coordinate and participate in HSE meetings and safety training; report hazards.
• Lead meetings with regional teams, operations, and district managers.
