Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of diesel mechanic experience in diesel engines and related systems.
• Valid driver's license for 3+ years with a moderately clean driving record; DOT physical required.
• Possess or can obtain a TWIC card.
• Hands-on field service experience and strong customer service skills.
• Provide personal tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude, including safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pumps, engines, tanks, and related rental equipment and document condition.
• Complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and functional checks.
• Use work orders to record labor, parts, findings, and completed work.
• Diagnose mechanical, fuel, electrical, and equipment-performance concerns; perform field service.
• Follow PPE, lifting, tool, environmental, driving, and site-safety requirements; report hazards promptly.
