Job summary

Neros is seeking an Integration Specialist to join our Mission Integrations team. You will build, modify, and field-test FPV drone platforms to prove out integrations with third-party hardware and software, from feasibility through proof-of-concept.

You will work hands-on, solder and prototype mounts, configure Betaflight and ELRS links, and collaborate with external partners to meet technical requirements and ensure successful handoffs to support teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on FPV drone experience.
• Experience building FPV drones from scratch across multiple sizes.
• Strong Betaflight configuration and tuning knowledge.
• Comfort with light soldering, wiring, and basic prototyping.
• Strong working knowledge of ELRS, RF propagation, and spectrum management.
• FPV Flight experience (Acro, non-stabilized).
• FAA Part 107 certification.
• Willing to relocate to Torrance, CA and travel for projects.
• Comfortable engaging with external partners in defense contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify multi-rotor FPV platforms for integrations.
• Configure Betaflight flight controllers, ELRS links, and RF systems.
• Perform soldering, wiring, and prototyping for new integrations.
• Assess feasibility of integrations and scope engineering effort.
• Field test integration prototypes and handoff to support teams.
• Collaborate with external partners on technical requirements.
