Neros Technologies is seeking an Integration Specialist to join our Mission Integrations team. You will build, modify, and field-test FPV drone platforms, performing feasibility studies through proof-of-concept and collaborating directly with external partners on integration requirements.

The role requires hands-on hardware work, soldering, and a strong background in FPV systems, Betaflight, ELRS, and RF management. Based in Torrance, CA, travel for projects is expected.

Formación

• 2-3+ years hands-on FPV drone experience.
• Demonstrated experience building multiple FPV drones across sizes.
• Strong Betaflight configuration and tuning skills.
• Comfort with light soldering, wiring and prototyping.
• Strong ELRS, RF propagation and spectrum management knowledge.
• FPV flight experience (Acro).
• FAA Part 107 certification.
• Comfortable engaging with external partners/customers in defense contexts.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA; willing to travel for projects.

Responsabilidades

• Build and modify multi-rotor FPV platforms to support integration and testing.
• Configure and troubleshoot Betaflight-based flight controllers, ELRS links, and RF systems.
• Perform hardware modifications like soldering and prototyping mounts/brackets for integrations.
• Assess feasibility of integrations and scope engineering effort.
• Field test integration prototypes and hand off to internal teams.
• Work with external partner companies on technical integration requirements.
