Job summary

Neros Technologies is seeking a Mission Integrations Lead to build and run our Mission Integrations team. You will drive the most complex hardware and software integration efforts, mentoring Integration Specialists and collaborating with external partners while staying hands‑on with the technical work.

Ideal candidates have deep FPV drone experience, lead multiple drone builds, and are proficient with Betaflight, ELRS, RF, and prototyping.

Qualifications

Significant hands-on FPV drone experience with depth others look up to.
Experience building multiple FPV drones across sizes, including 8+ platforms.
Strong Betaflight configuration and tuning knowledge.
Comfort with light soldering, wiring, and physical prototyping.
Knowledge of ELRS, RF propagation and spectrum management.
Experience leading or managing a team.
FPV flight experience (Acro, non-stabilized).
FAA Part 107 certification.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Integration Specialists, including scoping and prioritizing their work.
Lead the most complex integration projects from feasibility through proof‑of‑concept.
Serve as the primary contact for external partner companies on active integration efforts.
Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new integration opportunities.
Represent the team in cross‑functional coordination with Engineering and other stakeholders.
Help define team direction, technical standards, and documentation practices (ICDs, CAD files).
Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
