Job summary

Golden SVCS, LLC is seeking a Lieutenant to supervise security operations at the Indianapolis site. Responsibilities include ensuring contract-compliant scheduling, interpreting policy standards, and coordinating post orders across shifts.

You will oversee staffing, maintain high morale, and ensure all personnel are trained and aware of duties. The role requires FPS experience and a background in security management, with rigorous oversight of operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and U.S. citizen.
• Must meet federal, state, and local licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Must be able to read, write and speak coherent English.
• FPS experience required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in law enforcement or security management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduling follows contract requirements and is cost effective.
• Review and interpret policy standards; formulate strategies for issue resolution.
• Organize and oversee site rules, regulations, policy and procedures.
• Ensure each employee is familiar with their post, duties and responsibilities.
• Update and maintain General Guard Orders, Post Orders and related orders.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of shifts and patrols.
• Assist in identifying training needs and taking appropriate action.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork within the organization.
• Meet with guard personnel regularly to address operational issues.
