Job summary

Requirements include a minimum of 4 years in VHDL/FPGA design, strong knowledge of simulation tools (ModelSim/Questa), MATLAB/Simulink, and interfaces (Avalon, AXI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience in VHDL/FPGA design and verification; strong communication with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, verification, and integration of VHDL components.
• Participate in VHDL peer reviews and technical presentations.
• Analyze synthesis results, timing, and clock domain crossings.
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams and customers.
• Ability to obtain US Secret security clearance.
