Job summary

Industrious Ventures is seeking an FPGA Manager to lead their engineering team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations and develop FPGA designs for space communication systems. This role demands expertise in FPGA design, requiring at least 7 years of industry experience and a strong background in high-speed algorithms.

You will work within a collaborative environment to tackle mission-critical projects, supporting both the technical direction and team resource management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience implementing complex, high-speed, FPGA designs.
• Experience leading high performing technical teams.
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test FPGA designs for space communication systems.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team.
• Support internal and external design and development reviews.
