DRW is seeking an FPGA Intern in Chicago to build advanced trading applications using cutting-edge technology. You will work under senior technologists and contribute to real-world FPGA projects with the goal of deployment during a ten-week program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or related field with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Exposure to FPGA development flow.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of C++ or Python and an eagerness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary FPGA solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers, traders, researchers, and business analysts in cross-functional teams.
• Communicate ideas clearly and concisely; advocate for implementations.
