Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an IC/FPGA hardware engineer to design and manufacture PCB equipment and embedded software for safety-critical functions in the GVH context. The role demands problem solving, requirements management and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of relevant PCB or embedded experience. Occasional customer interaction and compliance with export controls are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience (PCB design or embedded systems).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate electronic parts and PCB hardware for safety-critical systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support policy/strategy and technical direction.
• Lead or mentor junior team members and interface with customers as needed.
