NJF Global Holdings Ltd. is seeking an FPGA Hardware Engineer to design and develop bespoke hardware that enhances high-speed trading systems and network infrastructure.

You will own hardware development from initial research through implementation, testing and integration, working with software engineers, traders and infrastructure specialists. You will lead the hardware lifecycle, explore emerging technologies, and translate complex requirements into robust, low-latency hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, testing and verifying FPGA/ASIC-based systems.
• Proficiency in VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog, plus C/C++ programming.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement FPGA-based solutions to accelerate trading systems and network infrastructure.
• Research emerging hardware platforms and low-latency techniques for performance improvements.
• Lead hardware development from concept through verification and deployment.
• Collaborate with software developers, traders and infrastructure engineers on integrated HW/SW solutions.
• Evaluate and optimise third-party hardware for compatibility with server architectures and FPGA platforms.
