Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Digital Hardware/FPGA for development of next-generation products. You will design, develop, and verify Circuit Card Assemblies and FPGA designs, perform requirements clarification, and support hardware/software interface testing with cross-functional teams in East Farmingdale, NY.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and eligibility for a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• US Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Experience with FPGA design and verification.
• RTL coding in VHDL/Verilog (VHDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform Circuit Card Assembly design specifying mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop FPGA designs in VHDL and debug hardware/firmware issues.
• Design and develop automated test fixtures to support system-level testing.
• Support requirements clarification and hardware/software interface definitions.
